ORDERING & MODIFICATIONS

1.1 How do I know my order was successful?
After completing your purchase on cabtary.com, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and a summary of the items you purchased. If you don’t see this email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@cabtary.com.

1.2 Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?
We offer a 12-hour window for order modifications or cancellations (e.g., changes in size, color, or shipping address). As we aim to process orders quickly (within 1-2 business days), changes cannot be guaranteed after this window. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you can return the items for a full refund upon arrival.

1.3 Is it necessary to create an account to shop at Cabtary?
No, we offer a Guest Checkout option for your convenience. However, creating an account allows you to manage shipping addresses, view order history, and track shipments directly from your account dashboard.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

2.1 What are the shipping costs and delivery timeframes?
We have a straightforward shipping policy:

  • Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $6.99 for all orders.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days.

  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days.

  • Total Delivery Time: Estimated 4–9 business days.

2.2 Where does Cabtary ship to?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2.3 Which carriers do you use?
To ensure safe and reliable delivery, we work with USPSUPSFedEx, and DHL. You will be notified of the specific carrier used for your order in the shipping confirmation email.

2.4 How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number along with a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information after the package has been scanned.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

3.1 What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Cabtary offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.

3.2 Are there any fees for returns?
No, returns are 100% free. We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns, and we never charge restocking fees.

3.3 When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 1–2 business days), we will process a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
